The Military & Family Readiness Center Personal and Work Life Consultant provides assessment, intervention, referral, enrichment, and skill building to assist Airmen and their families. The activities are educational in nature, offered in group or individual settings. Topics can include interpersonal communication skills, relationship building, maintaining long-distance relationships (during deployment and other separations), marriage preparation, positive parenting, eldercare, Covey Workshops and team building.

 The Military & Family Readiness Center provides Travis AFB with  computers, printing, faxing, and internet access in our Discovery Center

U.S. Passport Day

Due to COVID-19 Restrictions the State Department  has suspended the Community Outreach that allowed us to offer Passport Day at the Center; However you can visit the State Department website for all passport needs and updates. 

Bundles for Babies

This program is to provide new and expecting parents information regarding what to expect once baby arrives and preparation prior to baby arriving. Topics discussed are: taking care of baby, what to expect from baby, taking care of yourself, Tricare and DEERS enrollment, financial expectations, 

Heart Link

Spouse Orientation

Heart Link is a program sponsored by the Air Force Aid Society which provides essential information to new military spouses and spouses new to the area, to make life in the military and at Travis AFB fulfilling and rewarding.

Immigration 

Meet with a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officer to learn about adjustment of status, the naturalization process, completing forms, eligibility requirements, problematic situations, and ask questions.  A USCIS officer will be available at the M&FRC monthly.
